Please note that all transactions are handled and processes securely by Stripe and Paypal. We do not have access to your payment method.
For any pending orders due to the payment issue, we will start processing the order after the payment has cleared.
If you need to cancel an order please do so in a timely manner. If item has already been shipped then it cannot be canceled.
RETURNS & ECHANGES POLICY
Because of the nature of these items, all items are handmade to order (CUSTOM MADE) unless they arrive damaged or defective. Cannot be returned or exchanged (non refundable) for health / hygiene reasons
• All custom fees and import duties are NOT included in the purchase price. Some countries may occasionally impose customs to incoming merchandise. As we have no control over this and do not charge additionally for custom fees, the buyer is ultimately responsible for all custom fees, import duties, and taxes should these be impose. If you have concerns about this, please find out the rules from your country.
• All domestic packages and priority packages include tracking numbers. If somehow the item is "lost" and the tracking number says it is "delivered", we cannot replace the item if we have shipped it to the address you specified in the order receipt.
• We do NOT refund international packages "lost" or marked "delivered". This is because we ultimately have no control over tracking the post once packages are outside the US. Buyers are responsible for understanding their own country policies.
*Please note that below shipping timeline do not include our processing time. It is just for the usual transit time to the destination. All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.
